Personal data protection policy

Personal data protection is important for us. Thus we strictly adhere to Act No. 110/2019 Coll. Personal Data Processing Act, when we deal with any personal data. Please see further how we are working with personal data.

Frajt, s.r.o., residing at Chropyňská 2848, Kroměříž, 767 01 Czech Republic, ID no 03153398, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 33267 is processing the following all personal data according to Act  No. 110/2019 Coll., Personal Data Processing Act:

• name and surname
• email address
• phone/mobile number
• company name and/or tax identification number

We need to process the following information in order to prepare tender proposals for our products and or services as well as to answer any queries our clients might have: name, surname, email address, phone, company name and/or tax identification number. These personal information will be used only in order to prepare tender and/or contract between client and Frajt s.r.o., and kept for maximum of 3 years after your inquiry unless you give us permission to process such data further.

Frajt s.r.o. serves as controller of personal data processing, and processing of personal data is done by Frajt s.r.o. and a data processing company Keloc CS, s.r.o., Tax Identification Number CZ41600681.

Under the Data Processing Act you have, among other, the following rights:

• ask for information which personal data we are processing,
• ask how we process personal data,
• gain access to your personal data and update and/or correct such data,
• request deletion of such data – please note that this will lead to automatic cancellation of all transaction we might have,
• should you have any doubts about our obligations under the Act, you can contact us or Office for Personal Data Protection.

will be processed by Frajt s.r.o. for the period of  3 years from the date of of your consent in order to provide you with relevant information and of offers of our products and services.

You can withdraw your consent as well as gain access to your personal data, update and/or correct such data, request deletion of such data at any time by contacting us on frajt@frajt.cz. We value your personal data and thus we strictly adhere to relevant GDPR regulation.
